South Carolina's H.Cooper Black Jr. Memorial Field Trial And Recreation Area has 7,000 acres of longleaf pine forest and fields of Sand Hills State Forest. The Cooper Black Area offers stables, corrals, kennels, arenas, waterfowl ponds, campgrounds, and a kitchen /meeting hall for the national-level field trial and retriever competitions. Cooper Black has over 20 miles of equestrian trails and is truly a picturesque setting for this years National event. We are very thankful to have this beautiful setting, these grounds are certain to challenge the best of our retrievers.
